Design & Interior

We will develop an overall design scheme including logo, marketing collaterals, stationery, website, signage together with an overall floor plan and suggested furnishing layout for all areas based on the specific requirements of the concept. We begin by suggesting conceptual design ideas and providing drawings of a efficient allocation of space that accommodate day-to-day operational needs, exceed guest expectations and achieve maximum profitability. The next step is to create interior design renderings and detailed color boards followed by a detailed overview and budget of the facility requirements related to electrical, mechanical, storage, room-set up, retail boutique, lightning, furnishings, fixtures, equipment and finishes. We can also be leading in the execution of the project by management and supervision the process until completion and follow-up works.
